Sling System Materials – Horcher Lifts

Horcher Sling Systems offer a wide variety of materials to accommodate your comfort and needs, including a wide range of fabrics for slings. Other accessories are readily available for added comfort and security, including clips and head rests. Horcher slings are sewn with special threads and subject to strict quality control.

We recommend that the Sling and the Primary Lifting Strap be replaced every 12 months, regardless of evidence of wear.

Mesh

Very strong – ideal for bathing and dries quickly.

Nylon-Polyester

Nylon fabric -very durable, for everyday use.

Parasilk

Latest fabric – kind to the skin, very strong, slides on and off easily.

Padded Fabric

Squared fabric for added comfort in the shoulder band leg area.

Aerotex

Material which reduces slipping for added safety during a quick transfer.

Lamb’s Wool

Lamb’s Wool is very soft and ideal for people who are especially pressure sensitive.

Clips

Easy to use, our patented clips provide the utmost security.

Loops

Well known system and compatible with most lift systems.

Head Support

For that extra security in the head and neck area (removable).
